Food, mobility and utilities
Build a budget from prices observed over several weeks. Use ANDE for electricity tariffs and procedures, MIC reports for fuel and the Central Bank for exchange rates.
Include travel to Asunción or other cities if work, study or specialised healthcare takes place outside San Bernardino.

Separate fixed, variable, annual and contingency costs. Record housing, power, water, internet, food, transport, health, education, taxes and maintenance. Test the budget in both high and low season before moving.
