Lake weekend: nature, waterfront and slow days

A complement to the published foodie weekend: this one is lake and outdoors. Stay at Hotel Acuario (facing Ypacaraí, active since 1977), walk the pier and Paseo del Recuerdo, keep energy for AventuraXtrema or Tupãrenda Sanctuary, and close with guide dinners (Kessel and La Carossa).

We don’t use Hotel del Lago as the base: the guide itself notes renovations and availability to confirm. Center/waterfront hops are short; Tupãrenda needs your own transfer — plan a dedicated half-morning.
